- Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• If the product received is damaged, or
• If an incorrect product is delivered
No return or exchange will be accepted for any other reason.

- Complaint Time Limit
Any issue related to damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this time period will not be considered.

- Product Condition for Return / Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• The product must be returned in original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accessories
• Any signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering will result in rejection
Naganya reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a return or exchange.

- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or personalized items
• Items sold during a sale or discount
• Items priced under ₹99
Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling

- Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To process a return or exchange request, customers must provide:
• A clear open-box/unboxing video, and
• Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect product
Requests without proper proof will not be accepted.

- Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products
• Exchange is subject to product availability
• If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value may be offered

- Return Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for return.
• If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, shipping charges will be handled case-wise by Naganya.
• In all other cases, return or re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

- Refund Policy
• Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• COD returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products
• Repeated COD order refusals or misuse may result in COD being disabled for future orders

Naganya reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:
• The policy conditions are not met
• Proof is incomplete or unclear
• The product shows signs of use or damage after delivery
